No human civilization runs perfectly, that is not to say one couldn’t, as it is possible. Surely the United States runs better than most civilizations on the Planet in this present period, but with its top heavy Government it is not the epitome of efficiency by any means. As a matter of fact almost every problem in our modern society can be traced back to the inefficiencies of our humongous and ineffective bureaucracy.

Whether you are a lover of the mess of government bureaucracy or not, or even if you work in it, can you name any thing that government does well? Well, don’t feel like you have failed to guess the answer to the question; it is a trick question, because there is nothing that our government is exceptional at, besides wasting our money. Does this mean we should shut our government down? Of course not it is a necessity of 300 million people living together in harmony.

Unfortunately government has only a few responsibilities, one of their most important responsibilities is to protect her people, well we know they cannot do that. Look at our leaking borders, the 9-11 attack or even the response to major disasters. The fact is that the government is inefficient in every single thing they do, including those agencies, which monitor other agencies; they themselves are wasting money.

Since the government is so inept and the corporations make them look so bad, they keep increasing regulation, yet conveniently forget that they are inherently corrupt and wasteful with the most important job of all, working for us. It is our government and therefore the inefficiencies are our fault. Yet when was the last time you stood up and said anything about it? You see it is You that is causing all this, because you are not facing the reality of the blob of bureaucracy and you have accepted it as business as usual. You know what? It is not okay. Think on that.

1. Our Fellow Creatures By Andy Carloff
It is the notion of our time that non-human animals exist for the advancement of the human species. In whatever field -- cookery, fashion, blood-sports -- it is held that we can only be concerned with animals as far as human interests exist. There may be some sympathy for those animals, as to limit practices which cause excruciating suffering, but those may only be limited if they are brought to public light, and if legislators receive enough pressure from the public to change. However, it is…

2. Save America, Vote for Anyone but Bush!
George W. Bush has been in office for a little more than 3 ˝ years. His resume is that of the poorest of all time and yet he is on the verge of being re-elected.Bush has done so many wrong doings it is hard to find a place to start. He has taken over a country who clearly did nothing wrong, ignored another country which now is leading back to their Soviet ways, ignored yet another countries nuclear weapons ability, disregarded the needs of our veterans and retired peoples, and as well lost over …

3. PALS in Pakistan Part Four – A Nuclear Precedent By Teve Torbes
The decision to provide another nuclear power with PALS technology is not unprecedented. The United States has transferred the technology successfully to Britain, France, and even to the Soviet Union in the aftermath of the Cuban missile crisis (Man). Pakistan has made indirect overtures to the United States in what seems to be a bid to obtain the devices, with Pakistani officials making public suggestions to their U.S. counterparts that cooperation of the U.S. with Pakistan on nuclear safety …

4. Intelligence Failure and the next Armageddon
I like figures of contrast. Like oxymoron. I like it very much. But what is an oxymoron? you may ask. One dictionary defines it as “a phrase that combines two words that seem to be the opposite of each other.” It gives one example: a deafening silence. But I am going to give you a long list: Extinct life. Temporary tax increase. Plastic glasses. Terribly pleased. Political science. Tight slacks. Definite maybe. Pretty ugly. Working vacation. Exact estimate. Microsoft works. If you want to fully …
