Since prisons cost the State and Federal Budgets so much money and each year these costs go up we need to figure out a way to tone down these skyrocketing budget increases. One major cost besides the 30% illegal aliens in prison is the power to run the facility. Security is paramount and that means lots of lighting. When flying at night you can see the many Prison’s bright lights from flight level 4-0 and from as far out as 100-miles. Those prisons soak up an abundance of energy to run those lights.

Since prisons are rowdy and cost so much to operate, why not use all that human energy, noise and bad behavior to power up the lighting system and security systems? How so you ask as a taxpayer for small government? Easy by placing large 4 x 8’ sandwich sheets with a taunt film on the vibrational side and small copper lined tubes to collect the energy. The tubes in each sheet hundreds of them running perpendicular to the sheets, with magnets inside bouncing back and forth. These magnets will charge a capacitor and be hooked up to an LED lighting system using fiber optics or reflectors, each one hooked up to a .2 to .5 watt light. With hundreds of thousands of lights hooked up in a composite format it will light up the prison and since the lights can shine down into the multi-level prison houses it would be like daylight without the light pollution inside associated human brain distraction.

Currently this technology is being used in those little flashlights you see advertised on television that you shake and they light, but you never need batteries. This idea of lighting up the prisons is using that technology on a larger scale with miniaturized parts making up the guts between the sandwich sheets. Let there be light, thru vibrational energy and there was. Think on it.

I am much like Terri Schiavo, the woman who the State of Florida killed because she had a lifelong, incurable disability. Notice, like me, Terri Schiavo was not terminally ill but handicapped. There is a difference!Every …

3. Just War By Sam Vaknin
In an age of terrorism, guerilla and total warfare the medieval doctrine of Just War needs to be re-defined. Moreover, issues of legitimacy, efficacy and morality should not be confused. Legitimacy is conferred by institutions. Not all morally justified wars are, therefore, automatically legitimate. Frequently the efficient execution of a battle plan involves immoral or even illegal acts.As international law evolves beyond the ancient percepts of sovereignty, it should incorporate new thinking…
