Well if anyone is looking for the law to provide justice, or entrusts lawyers to help you with justice or trusts any government governed in politics to insure you will get justice, then they have bought into an ill-conceived plan and an unbelievable lie.

There is no justice anywhere on this planet. Electing or voting for politicians to insure justice or believing that some how lawyers will serve the will of the people for fairness of law is silly. Lawyers are self-serving and have hijacked the law, making one go thru them to get to justice and therefore are part of the problem. Judgeships are a political event and thus use the bench to legislate. Politicians are merely the best liars and sociopath, which are able to fool us into electing them.

Additionally 33% of all humans are totally unethical in almost every regard. Since we draw from these people for public servants, police, FBI, politicians, lawyers, judges you can bet that there will always be rogue elements amongst them who are not interested in your rights only their personal desire for control, wealth or self aggrandizement. When such people get together with other interests outside the business of the people or a mission to uphold our truthful government you can bet that that there is no chance for justice. Therefore the problem is to develop a better sense of ethics in the up and coming generation so this crap stops and maybe we can insure some justice in the future, but the system is too far gone for anyone to expect true justice in this present period, period.

There is no justice in the United States or any country for that matter; it is all a façade and a lie. But with that said it seems to be better than many other third world nations and dictatorships. America and her future productivity, strength, health and wealth of the nation are all at risk, unless we demand the Justice we were promised and the lie that was purported to us as kids in school. Even though it was a fantasy, that does not mean we cannot make that fantasy a reality if are determined and persevere to make it so and together we can make it so, if in fact we unite and believe in that cause.

Since the system is now so corrupt it may need to be taken by force if we cannot do it from within the system. The dishonesty in the system is unjust all the way thru and attempting to fix it politically and legislatively by creating more laws is not the answer, as that only prolongs the problem and allows it to worsen. Because the current rule of law is already not being followed and such a system cannot be trusted and will only stall the efforts to fix it.

The Truth, Justice, and American way that we were told of may unfortunately not be fixable thru activism and modification and may in the future if it gets any worse only be obtained thru force. It seems that all our politicians do is argue and excuse themselves from the very laws they create, along with all those involved in the system from the clerk and police man to the Senators and Judges of the highest courts. None can be trusted, because they are human and the blob of bureaucracy is so great that it does not care. There in lies the problem and that problem goes back to the way we raise our kids, educate them and our expectations as a society. Most people are turned off and un engaged and are too over extended in time constraints, work, debt, traffic, stress and family to want to take the time to make a stand. Voting is not enough, as often there are no good choices and the lesser of two evils is not choice or a voice in our Nation or the legislative controls we put on our system to insure the Justice we expect from the Judges.

Additionally between the letter of the law, kangaroo court case law, intent of the law and various swings in interpretation of those laws; how could you ever know what you are getting or who is going to get away with what? I am unimpressed with my country’s attempts at justice. I believe it is a poor showing and certainly nothing to be proud of and those involved in any aspect of it deserve no kudos, respect or trust. I believe the giant seals of justice, statues and big buildings are symbols now of corruption, not justice and that is a true shame indeed.

This is not to say that any other nations current system is better, it is to say just because ours is one of the best, does not mean it is good enough or does not need a major overhaul; on top of any of the current incremental changes put forth up until this point. We need justice if this nation is to remain at the top of the food chain and once our system is perfected and is working properly, then and only then do we have any business what so ever exporting our economic, government structure or justice system to the rest of the world as an example. Until we look in our own mirror and can honestly say that we indeed, have a truly fair system which promotes all those ideals we stand for, all the rest is just talk and I for one am simply tired of discussing. It is all a lie and anyone who denies that, lives a lie with it. Life is too short to live a lie and this country is founded on too great a set of principles to accept such slop and call it justice, what a sham.

And yes I love my country, no doubt, but quite frankly the justice in this country is just not good enough and not passable in my observations. It needs work, a lot of work, as it is a lie. But, hey, a consolation I guess, as it is one of the best lies going isn’t it?

Care to comment, I hope I was not too harsh, but I have certainly seen a lot in my mere 40 years here in the USA. Indeed, I have plenty of data, evidence, and observations of the words spoken here to justify my position. Think on it.
